Refund policy
RETURNS/REFUNDS
We do not offer a refund on opened or used products unless deemed faulty.
To be elegible for a refund or return on a faulty item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are assessed and an outcome is determined if the above criteria is met. Returns can be declined and are at the discretion of Bronsun Australia. For all declined returns, a re-delivery fee is applicable.
If a kit or bundle is ordered and a product inside is faulty or damaged, a replacement of the faulty product only will be provided. Please do not discard or throw away kit contents until you have spoken to Bronsun directly about your replacement or refund.
A replacement can be offered if preferred. In order for a replacement to be sent, the original faulty/damaged item must be returned to us. Please contact us directly on sales@bronsun.com.au.
Proof of purchase such as confirmation email, order number and a picture of the delivered product is required.
There is a restocking fee of 20% that applies to all returns.
Please allow up to (7) business days for refunds to be processed for any returns.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
