Bronsun will reduce costs for its valued clients wherever possible. Offering free delivery is an example of how much we are helping trade customers overcome the accumulating costs of freight, saving them money that can be used towards other areas within there business. For postage-free delivery on orders placed either by phoning 1300 797 656 or through our online store www.bronsun.com.au the order amount must be a minimum of AUS $100 .
Bronsun dispatch orders through third party delivery services. These services only deliver door to door. They will not assemble or take items inside the premises nor will they remove packaging.
Bronsun do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags or any service where the receiver is not there to sign for the delivery. Times are estimated on orders that are placed before 12:30 PM AEST. Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Delivery Destination and Estimated Delivery Time.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
We do not offer a refund on opened or used products unless deemed faulty.
To be elegible for a refund or return on a faulty item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are assessed and an outcome is determined if the above criteria is met. Returns can be declined and are at the discretion of Bronsun Australia. For all declined returns, a re-delivery fee is applicable.
If a kit or bundle is ordered and a product inside is faulty or damaged, a replacement of the faulty product only will be provided. Please do not discard or throw away kit contents until you have spoken to Bronsun directly about your replacement or refund.
A replacement can be offered if preferred. In order for a replacement to be sent, the original faulty/damaged item must be returned to us. Please contact us directly on sales@bronsun.com.au.
Proof of purchase such as confirmation email, order number and a picture of the delivered product is required.
